Nashville DUI Centers

a voluntary, alternative sentencing program for offenders charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, or reckless driving.

NASHVILLE DUI CENTERS is a voluntary, alternative sentencing program for offenders charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, or reckless driving. We offer an environment where clients can serve out their time without being exposed to the criminal element that exists in correctional facilities. This will help to alleviate overcrowding of jails and save taxpayers money. We provide a safe, educational space for offenders to be able to serve their time and reflect on their mistakes as well as the impact those mistakes have on society as a whole.

This is a private alternative to a correctional facility. All participants are monitored 24 hours a day and are not allowed to leave once they have begun their stay.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Nashville, TN.  This is an early intervention program that provides screening, assessment, and education for those charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, reckless endangerment, or reckless driving.  This program helps individuals who want their drivers license reinstated and are court ordered to participate in a DUI education program, as well as offering a licensed facility alternative to DUI jail sentencing.

Through our partnership with HUSTLE Recovery, Inc., a nonprofit TDMHSA licensed provider, we are able to offer many services in addition to alternative sentencing.

These services include:

Drug and alcohol assessments

Assessments are designed to evaluate individuals based on bio psychosocial interviews and evidence-based measuring tools. Assessment outcomes and recommendations are based on American Substance Abuse Medicine (ASAM) placement criteria and the Addiction Severity Index (ASI).

DUI Classes

We offer first offender and multiple offender classes. These classes are offered in partnership with HUSTLE Recovery, Inc, a TDMHSA licensed provider. All facilitators are certified in the Prime for Life curriculum. This is a 12-hour evidence based, early intervention program that guides clients through the process of self-evaluation and personal reflection, helping prevent future substance abuse problems from occurring.  Prime for Life is the preferred curriculum of Tennessee court systems.

Victim Impact Panel

This a two-hour class that offers guests and video testimony illustrating the myriad damage that results from impaired driving. The purpose of the Victim Impact Panel is for participants to internalize the long-term effects of substance impaired driving.

Low Intensive Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Education Program

Low Intensive Outpatient Treatment is designed to explore and address problems or risk factors that are related to drug and alcohol use and help the individual identify and recognize the harmful consequences of high-risk substance use/abuse. This level of care is appropriate post relapse, for relapse prevention, intervention, and prevention of substance abuse disorder.
